Anthony Rapp is an American actor and singer. He began his career in the Broadway musical Rent in 1996 and later starred in the film version of the same name in 2005. He also had a recurring role as Charlie on the television series Private Practice from 2007 to 2013.

Anthony Rapp Career:
Rapp’s first professional acting role was in 1985 when he appeared in the play The Little Prince and the Aviator, a children’s show by James DeVita. He also appeared in commercials and played a small role in the TV series Family Ties in 1987.
Rapp made his film debut with a small role in Dazed and Confused in 1993. In 1996, Rapp originated the role of Mark Cohen in Jonathan Larson’s Tony Award- and Pulitzer Prize-winning musical Rent on Broadway.
