The new show Zero Chill, which premiered on Netflix, is a British teen drama written by John Regier and Kirstie Falkous. As realistic as the story portrays the sibling rivalry between Mac and Kyla, the show is a fictitious work and not based on a real-life event. The show was produced by Lime Pictures, which also boasts of having award-winning drama series (The Only Way Is Essex, Free Rein).
Zero Chill Season 2 Release Date: When will it air?
The first season of Zero Chill was officially released on March 15th, 2021. Zero Chill has been rated a 5.7/10 on IMDb, indicating that it did not do quite well. Information about the release of the second season of Zero Chill has not been communicated yet. Netflix premiered Zero Chill only a few months ago, so it is too soon to know if it has been renewed for the second season.

If the series is renewed for the second season, filming is expected to start in 2022. The arrival of a new series might be in late 2023 or even mid-2024. We can only speculate.

The Teen Drama would not be complete without Jade Ma (Sky Tyler) and the arrogant Hockey player Dakota Benjamin Taylor (Macintosh), who finds sky attractive. Zero Chill portrays the sibling rivalry between the MacBentley twins, Mac and Kayla. The two are talented ice skaters but with different passions altogether. Depicted as selfish and arrogant at first, Mac later makes a selfless decision to stay with his family when he gets the opportunity to live the dream he has always wanted. The series takes such unexpected turns leaving fans with questions whose answers we can only find in Season 2.
What should Events fans expect in Season 2?
Which events will take place in the second season? The MacBentley prioritizes Mac’s career more than they prioritize Kaylas.In the second season, they could at least focus on Kayla as she tries to pair with her best friend Sky in the paired competition. Since paired competition consists of male and female partners, winning the paired competition will make Sky and Kayla the pioneers of same-gender paired competition. We expect to see opportunities come in Mac’s way despite turning down the great offer he initially received.
