Modern dating in your prime years can be a lot of stress when you’re living in a foreign country, having a tough-headed 11-year-old, and not sure when you will find the perfect match who will accept you as you are. Josh gets dumped at a restaurant, and the excuse is that he’s not emotionally available as the partner would love him to be. Just after that happens, Gary gets lucky enough to meet Mary, a beautiful woman who has baggage of her own but luckily enough gets to win the admiration of his daughter, Emma.
Written and directed by Abe Forsythe, Wolf Like Me is a drama series that confirms that everything works out better. But now that Emma has to embrace the identity he has worked to hide all her life, will she reconnect with the family she cut off earlier?
Wolf Like Me Season 2 Release Date: Will it get a Renewal?
Has a second season of the comedy series been hinted at? So far, no information is out on whether the series will get a renewal, or we have to imagine how cute Mary’s baby would have been if we got the second season. Just barely a month ago, the first season got released on Peacock; therefore, it will be too soon to know whether the season gets a renewal considering not a wide audience has interacted with the show.
Peacock renewed the show for a second season in April 2022. A 7.4/10 on IMDB seems promising, but it would be wise not to get ahead of ourselves and wait for the official green light from the official network. A possible Season 2 may be out late in 2023 or early 2024.
Wolf Like Me Season 2 Plot: What can we expect from upcoming season?
Season 1 of the series ended in a cliffhanger but in a rather satisfying way. Isla Fisher accepted her nature as a werewolf, and Gary seemed okay with it. In the second season of the series, Gary and Maty are expected to welcome a new family member. Despite contemplating having an abortion, Mary has to train herself to take care of her kid despite the bloodthirst, which is bound to overcome her at times. Mary being a werewolf is still a secret to both families, and season two may explore the possibility of them telling either family of Mary’s identity. Season 2 can also explore Mary reuniting with her family as she cut them off before moving to Down Under.
Wolf Like Me Season 2 Cast: Who will appear?
If Wolf Like Me were to return for the second season, we expect the different couple who weirdly complement each other to be back. Isla Fisher, famous for her role As Reed in Home way, will be back as Mary, Gary’s Wife (Josh Gad). Ariel Donoghue will be back as Emma, Gary’s daughter from a previous marriage. Other casts that may back include; Emma Lung and Anthony Taufa. There is also a probability that we may have new casts featuring in the second season now that Emma has confirmed her identity and she is expecting a baby.
Wolf Like Me Season 2 Trailer: When can we watch?
A trailer for the second season is yet to be out, and that leaves you to watch and relive the moments that happened in season one. The Originals remain to be the best werewolf shows that you should check out. The Vampire Diaries and Legacies are just as exceptional, worth your money, time, and more!
