When you think that streaming giant is not short of stuff to watch, Netflix added ten more movies and series to watch. Netflix already announced all the new movies and shows that you can watch in October almost a month ago; if you missed it, check out that list here. Now let us give you the full list of new releases on Netflix that you can watch right away. The streaming giant has added six new movies!
1. A Babysitter’s Guide to Monster Hunting. (Netflix Original 2020)
This comedy family fantasy is another product of Netflix that you can watch this Halloween season. The movie features Tom Felon as the villain making it a must-watch. It is adapted from Joe Ballarini’s book of the same name. The story is about a babysitter who embarks on a mission to save a kid from the monsters.
2. Batman: The Killing Joke (2016)
It is a movie that every Batman fan must watch. It is based on the graphic novel (The Killing joke). The story follows Batman’s attempt to stop the Joker from driving James Gordon insane; we know Joker has the capability to do that! The movie includes many flashbacks and reveals the Joker’s early years when he struggled as a humorist.
3. El-Khawaga’s Dilemma (2018)
The movie was initially released in 2018, and the story follows a spark after a car crash between a financially struggling man and a rich daughter of a business tycoon. However, as the film progresses, we witness many loose ends and dark secrets.
4. Kartini: Princess of Java (2017)
Though the movie released in 2017, it has entered Netflix now, and if you have watched the movie already, it is good enough for a re-watch. It scored 7.7 on IMDB, and the film follows the story of Kartini. She is a strong and bold woman who fights for the equality of women.
5. Love Like the Falling Rain (2020 Netflix Original)
The story is about two childhood friends (Kevin and Nara) who promised to be best friends forever. Kevin feels that they won’t live up to their promise as Nara falls in love with another boy. Kevin fears rejection and hides his feelings, but something surprising happens that changes everything.
6. Rooting for Roona (2020 Netflix Original)
Another Netflix original in the list, and this one is more like a documentary. It is about the story of a child of rural India with hydrocephalus. The child got the chance for surgery when her photos went viral.

1. Half and Half :
Netflix’s “StrongBlackLead” initiative to add some of the biggest sitcoms that feature black stars have worked like a charm for many of us as we will now have Half and Half on Netflix. It is about the lives of Half sisters named Mona and Dee Dee. Mona is into music and was raised as a free-spirited person by her single mother, while Dee Dee is searching for her identity and trying to come out of her mother’s shadow.
2. One on One:
Another five seasons sitcom added by the streaming giant! One on one is the heart touching experience of a sportscaster whose life flipped upside down when his daughter moves in.
3. Power Rangers Beast Morphers (Season 2):
The famous power rangers known by every kid around the world are coming to Netflix. This team of Power Rangers is created by fusing animal DNA with Morph-X (a hi-tech substance). Watch them risk their lives as they fight Evox.
4. Social Distance (Season 1 Netflix Original):
This tragicomedy anthology series is shot in isolation and features both funny and dark facts about how people try to stay connected while staying apart. This is probably one of the most relatable series nowadays.
