One of the most appreciated American legal dramas, CBS announced in May that their legal drama All Rise would be canceled after only two seasons. This legal drama firstly premiered on 23 September 2019 and in May 2021 CBS officially announced the cancelation of its third season. However, OWN has picked up Season 3 of ‘All Rise,’ bringing the show back to life. Now the fans are anticipating the third season of the series.
This fantastic drama is directed by Michael M Robin, Anthony Hemingway, Bronwen Hughes, Stacy K Black and Paul McCrane. Greg Spottiswood is the creator of the series. The first season of the series had 21 episodes and premiered on their original network CBS. If we talked about the critical response to the series, it would receive an average score of 6.7/10 on IMDB and a 56% approval rating by the critics on Rotten Tomatoes. The whole narrative of the story goes around the personal life of various prosecutors, judges and public defenders on the premises of the Los Angeles courthouse in California.
After several writers left the show during the first season due to the series’ representation of race and gender, Greg came under fire for the first time. All Rise was one of the network’s most popular legal dramas before it was unceremoniously canceled. However, the show will be renewed for a third season by OWN.
So the fans are waiting for its upcoming one to get more real-life drama in a reel sense.
Let’s go into more detail about the All Rise season 3:
What is the fourth season of All Rise’s renewal status?
All Rise season 4’s status as a renewal has not yet been disclosed by CBS. A fourth season of the show, however, may not be ordered, according to rumors. Poor ratings, creative disputes between the creators and cast, and criticism from upset viewers are just a few of the issues that could cause the show to be canceled.
All Rise is currently running for season 3. We can expect the renewal of the next season after or maybe during the current season.
The release date for All Rise’s fourth season is yet unknown. There will probably be an update soon. The fourth season of All Rise could be published in 2023.
All Rise season 3 Release Date: When will it air?
It is still unclear by the makers about the release date of All Rise season 2, but it is confirmed that it will be going to happen. The legal drama’s third season, which will consist of 20 episodes, has been formally announced by OWN.
The series’ streaming rights will be shared among HBO Max and Hulu. On December 1, the show will premiere on both platforms. Season three will premiere on June 7, 2022, with the episodes being distributed by WarnerMedia and Disney-backed streaming services once the season concludes. Seasons one and two of the show will also air on OWN before the third season premieres.

Season 3 of All Rise will premiere on OWN this spring, according to series star Simone Missick, who shared the news on the series’s Instagram account. Furthermore, the actress confirmed that the upcoming season’s theme will be “new beginnings.”
Missick also hinted that “something dramatic occurs at the courthouse and somebody might not make it” during an Instagram Live with The Kings of Napa starring Yaani King Mondschein. Additionally, Missick mentioned that “someone might be coming into Lola’s life and messing things up.”
All Rise, starring Simone Missick, will return for a third season on Tuesday, June 7 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on OWN, according to the Oprah Winfrey Network.
Reason For Cancelation: Why Did CBS Cancel Season 3?
All Rise was canceled due to behind-the-scenes troubles on the show, which resulted in the departure of creator and showrunner Greg Spottiswood in March due to claims of sexual misconduct.
Is All Rise canceled or renewed for Season 3?
On 29 September, OWN announced that it will pick up the canceled CBS courtroom drama for a 20-episode third season, bringing the series back for a third season.
OWN Revived ‘All Rise’ For Season 3:
CBS canceled the series in May, three months later. Talks between the cable network and Warner Bros. TV’s All Rise studio came to a head. A few days later, Discovery, the parent company of OWN, announced its plans to merge with WarnerMedia, the parent company of Warner Bros. TV, which is owned by AT&T. According to sources familiar with the situation, the conversations are complex and have not yet come to a conclusion. Representatives from OWN and WBTV declined to comment.
Dee Harris-Lawrence, who took over as showrunner for season two, would almost certainly remain on the show, along with fellow executive producers Len Goldstein and Michael Robin. Harris-Lawrence also serves as executive producer/showrunner on the critically acclaimed OWN/WBTV series David Makes Man.
All Rise was not renewed for a third season by CBS. However, shortly after the show was dropped by the network, Warner Bros. Television Group Chairman Channing Dungey began looking for a new home for it. Negotiations with OWN: The Oprah Winfrey Network started three months after CBS chose not to renew the show for another season.
All Rise season 3 Cast: Who will be the part of it?
The All Rise cast’s options ran out at the end of June. Warner Bros. TV has begun negotiations with star Missick and has also approached other cast members, including Wilson Bethel, Jessica Camacho, and J. Alex Brinson, in preparation of a possible pickup, according to my sources.
It is very fortunate to tell you that most of the season 2 stars will go to reprise their roles in season 3. Your favorites will again stun you with their impressive performances. Here are the names of all the cast members that you will get to see in season 2 also.
