Apple TV + has been signing deals with many creators and showrunners, which explains the long list of upcoming shows. Another order with Sharon Horgan (Shining Vale), the Irish writer and director known for her series Pulling 2016) and Catastrophe called the Bad Sisters, has been released, and it is doing well so far.
The series is a comedy show adapted from the Belgian series Clan, and it explores the lives of five sisters and their ups and down throughout life. With episodes of the first season, here is everything you need to know about the second season’s release.
Bad Sisters Season 2 Release Date:
Bad sisters season one premiered on August 19th with only two episodes. The streamer has scheduled the other episodes to premiere weekly up until the 10th episode. Any news about the second season remains unknown, but we are positive that the series will receive a second season.
With only six episodes out, the series already has a rating of 7.7 on IMDB, and the series’ future seems brighter than ever.

Bad Sisters Season 2 Plot:
Adapted from Clan, the Belgian Series Bad Sisters follows the lives of the five Garvey sisters and the adventures they encounter. After being orphaned at a young age, the siblings vow to look after and have each other’s back since nobody has had theirs.
Promises are, however, meant to be broken and looking after each other’s back soon turns chaotic. When one of the in-laws dies, the relationship between the sisters is tried more than ever. With the in-law gone, the life insurance company is pretty adamant about paying the insurance money since it’s a lump sum.
They start investigating if the sisters have a way in the in-law’s death but will they succeed? The second season plot is still unknown, but in the meantime, we will have to wait for the season one finale to determine what the second season might entail.
Bad Sisters Season 2 Cast:
The primary cast of the Bad Sisters is the five sisters; Sharon Horgan, Anne Marie Duff, Eve Hewson, Eva Birthistle (The Last Kingdom) and Sarah Green. Sharon Horgan is cast as Eva Garvey, the single businesswoman whose brother-in-law is her biggest rival at work; Anne matrix is Grace Williams, the wife of John Paul.
Eva Birthistle is Ursula Flynn, a nurse and a mother who is also an avid photographer. The last one, Sarah Greene, is Bibi Garvey, the bravest of the five who lives with her wife and son. The show’s second season will see the five sisters returning to reprise their roles.

It contains a few intimate scenes, instances of domestic violence, strong language, partial nudity, frequent use of offensive language, violent scenes, instances of animal harm, and certain male characters who display extreme misogyny.
