Aries Spears (born April 10, 1975) is an American stand-up comedian, actor, and writer. He is best known for his ten-year stint on MADtv from 1997 to 2007. He was also part of many films and television shows, including The Pest (1997), Jerry Maguire (1996), My Baby’s Daddy (2004), and Marlon Wayans’ White Chicks (2004).

Aries Spears was born in Chicago, Illinois, on April 10, 1975 ( Aries ). His father was a local club owner, and his mother was a gospel singer. When he was younger, his parents divorced, and his single mother raised him. He has three sisters.
Spears began performing stand-up comedy at the age of 13. He imitated his favorite comedians, such as Eddie Murphy and Bill Cosby. He soon began performing at local comedy clubs and was eventually discovered by Def Comedy Jam producer Russell Simmons.
