The two friends who were initially separated go back to living in the same city again, and they start dancing with the possibility of creating a rap group.
The first season showed the two forming a successful rap group, mia calling quits with his toxic relationship with her baby daddy, and Shawna being apprehended by the police for the credit card scam she had grown accustomed to. The second season could explore whether Mia will raise her kid alone or she will become co-parent and if Shawna is going to get locked up for her credit card scam. The following season could also explore the travel tour the two decided to go on and whether it will be possible.
Rap Shit Season 2 Cast:
The comedy series has some of the most acclaimed and good actors, which makes the series worth watching. Aid Osman plays Shawna Clark, a young woman who works at a hotel. She decides to form a rap group with Kamillion, who stars as Mia knight, a single mother who is forced to work several odd jobs to support her family.
Jonica Booth casts as chastity a party promoter who is also the manager of a group of sex workers. Devon Terrell (Cursed) is cast as Shawna’s boyfriend, and RJ Cyler (True Detective) is cast as Lamont, a producer who is also Mia knight’s baby daddy. Syreeta Singleton, the showrunner, exclaimed that he would be more than excited to work with the cast; therefore, you should expect to see all of the cast reprising their roles.
