Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist Season 2 cast: Who is returning?
NBC officially announced that season 2 would be returning with Jabe Levy in the lead role playing Zoey Clarke. Zoey is an engineering manager who works at SPRQ Point, located in San Francisco. We will also have Max played by Skylar Astin, who is attracted to Zoey, and Alex Newell will also return to reprise his role as Mo, a DJ who is Zoey’s neighbor. Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist Season 2 Plot: What could it be about?
We know that Zoey is a genius, but she has something way more impressive than that. She was going through an MRI when suddenly an earthquake hit the city, and guess what, she developed the ability to hear people’s thoughts in the form of songs. Mo helps her to figure out what’s going on with her and how should she handle it. This power turns into a beautiful gift that enables her to understand and see the world in a way she never did before. Austin Winsberg said that he wants to delve deeper into the characters. So we can expect background stories of some of the characters in the second installment. Spoiler alert! Season two will also deal with how Zoey handles the loss of Mitch. Her father was the fundamental part of her life, and when he is gone, Zoey’s life will be affected a lot. Creators also stated that some changes would take place in the life of lead characters, which will be the base of the second season’s storyline.
