George Lucas created the enchanting world of “Willow,” officially arriving on the little screen. Disney Plus announced a sequel to the original Ron Howard-directed movie that took place years after the events next year were put on production. Howard comes back to the project with original star Warwick Davis, who will play the hero Willow Ufgood once more.
The series also took the leading pilot and executive producer Jon M. Chu who also led the series “Crazy Rich Asians” and “In the Heights.” The showrunners will be Jonathan Kasdan (“Solo”), And Wendy Mericle (“Arrow”). Willow is the first sequel to make no-star wars since 2015 and comes from Lucasfilm. The series depicts the magical realm of fairy queens and Eborsisk’s two-headed monsters. However, no further information was published on the series’ storyline. The series rotates around a group to rescue an enlisted prince based on circulated casting information. The team is made up of Dove (Bamber), an unsuspected kitchen servant who shows that she is the “selected person” on the journey. The princess whose two brothers were abducted is joined by Kit (Cruz), the princess. The whole story took an amazing turn when Kit is meant to be a leader and the queen, ultimately.
