Crime dramas have to be the favorite genre for the T.V. fanatics. However, not all crime dramas have had the opportunity to premiere till the 15th episode, except Criminal Minds, Created by Jeff Davis; the series first premiered in 2005, and so far, it has managed to keep a rating of 8.1/10 on IMDB. You would think that with the endless episodes the series has, it would get cluttered.
However, Criminal Minds has proven that Old is good, and the more seasons, the better it gets. Two spin-offs have been made of the series, but they did not do as well as the original has. Criminal Minds Season 16 Release Date: When will it air?
The show was renewed in 2022 despite allegations of cancellation, but Paramount has yet to give an official date for the crime drama premiere. The famous David Rossi teased the show’s release date in a tweet on July 13. Filming of the show has not started but is scheduled to begin on August 21. If the filming goes as planned, then a high chance is that the show will be ready by the end of 2022 or early 2023. The number of episodes the series will have remains a mystery, but best believe they will capture the criminal minds in the most dynamic way possible.
Criminal Minds Season 16 Cast: Who will be in?
Most of the cast will reprise their roles except Mathew Gubler, who plays Spencer Reid, the fans’ favorite and Shemar Moore (S.W.A.T.). Information about Gubler not appearing in the upcoming episode is that his adored character might be unrevivable. Moore, who stars as Derek Morgan, starred until the 11th season when he left to pursue other projects. He has starred in S.W.A.T., and since it is still an ongoing project, he may be forced to miss criminal minds’ sixteenth season due to his role in S.W.A.T. Casts reprising their role will include Joe Mantegna, David Rossi, Paget Brewster (Blood and Treasure), Kristen Vangness, Aisha Tyler (Archer), A.J Cook and Adam Rodriguez. Paramount is yet to announce any additional cost.

The series is about criminal profilers who work with the F.B.I. and the B.A.U. Season 16 plot will follow the Behavioral Analysis Unit (B.A.U.) facing the Unsubtle UnSub, who has used the pandemic as Forte to build a network of highly skilled and experienced serial killers. With the world Ban back to operation, the serial killers are out and about, and the B.A.U. has to hunt every one of them, even if it means killing them all one at a time.

A trailer of the series is yet to be released, but there is so much content you can consume before the trailer drops. The show has a total of 324 episodes from the first to the fifteenth season, and this could be a nice start to get you acclimatized with the series.
