Andrew was selected as the 31st overall pick by the Indiana Pacers, and he joined the team in the 2022 NBA Summer League roster. During his League debut, he scored 5 points, 5 rebounds, and 5 assists in a 96–84 win against the Charlotte Hornets. Further, on 22nd July 2022, Andrew signed a four-year rookie contract worth $8.6M with the Indiana Pacers. On 28th November, he scored a 3-pointer in a 116–115 win against the Los Angeles Lakers. On 5th December, after Tyrese Haliburton was injured, Andrew’s recorded a career-high 31 points, 8 rebounds, 13 assists, and 5 three-pointers; it was a win over the Golden State Warriors.
