The catchphrase “same pals, fresh blood, new seas” appears at the end of the minute-long short, which displays the popular group getting into all sorts of mischief, such as parties, arrests, and a corpse.
The protagonist of Blood and Water is a high school learner who moves to a prestigious private school on the assumption that her long-lost sister is enrolled there. Her sister was taken when she was a baby, so she has never met her, but she is looking for her.
