What’s New on Your Disney Plus in June 2022 !

Adapted from Arash Amel’s screenplay, Akin Omotoso will direct this biographical sports-drama film, RISE, in the United States. It is based on the authentic story of three Nigerian-Greek brothers who immigrate to the United States and achieve fame and success in the National Basketball Association. In the film’s three main characters, all played by newbies, Uche Agada, Ral Agada, and Jaden Osimuwa, the actors are all relative unknowns.

Three Greek brothers, nurtured in anonymity, are catapulted into the limelight of professional basketball in this real story. By moving from Nigeria to Greece with their children, Vera and Charles Antetokounmpo hope to provide a better life for their family. A complicated citizenship system threatens the hopes of the couple’s five children, despite their tireless efforts to provide for their needs.

5. Trevor: The Musical

With the help of Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah, Ali serves as the film’s executive producer. ‘Ms. Marvel will premiere on June 8th, 2022, and conclude on July 13th, 2022, with six episodes.
