Warrior is an action, drama, crime series created by Johnathan Trooper in collaboration with Perfect Storm Entertainment and Shannon Lee via Bruce Lee Entertainment. This action-themed drama is set in the period of the brutal Tong war of San Francisco’s Chinatown in the second half of the 19th Century. It centers around Ah Sahm, a martial art prodigy who finds himself in San Francisco in a bid to locate his sister. He gets involved in some unforeseen circumstances where he gets sold out to the most powerful Tong in Chinatown.
Warrior Season 3 Release Date: When will it premiere?
After the review of the first season, this series was named by Rolling Stone Magazine as one of the best new TV shows. This encouraged the production of the second series by the Cinemax crew. On April 24th, 2019, this series production was officially renewed by Cinemax. Warrior season 2 was released on October 2, 2020. The first two seasons of this series were floated with lots of positive reviews after its release and held an approval rating of 79%.
Although the martial series has been renewed for its next season and moving from Cinemax to HBO Max, the exact release date has still not been decided. At the start 0f 2020, Cinemax canceled season 3 due to decreasing subscribers on the service. However, the series gained a large audience following in 2020, when it became available on HBO Max. The warrior’s popularity on the new streaming service left new fans of the show wondering if it would continue. After months of waiting and considerable skepticism, the Warrior has been officially renewed. Recently, HBO Max confirmed the renewal of the series on Twitter and there’s an expectation the series has 10 episodes.

HBO Max will air the third season of Warrior. In April of 2021, it was announced. Season 3, consisting of ten episodes, is set to premiere on HBO Max in 2023.
Warrior Season 3 Storyline: What Happened In Previous Seasons?
Although the first and second season was centered around Ah Sahm’s quest to find his lost sister. Are we expecting anything different? Or are we expecting any twist in this new series? Well not really, we just want to know how this Tong war era would favor Ah Sahm. Would he be set free? Or would he become part of these war crimes? We want to be stunned by this new series, suspense stricken, and totally emerged by this new season’s plot.
It is unclear whether the story for Warrior Season 3 has been written yet or not. Based on the Cliffhanger end of season 2, there’s the assumption that Trooper, Shannon Lee, and Lynn have an influential belief of where the series will go further. The writings of Bruce Lee will continue to serve as motivation for the upcoming chapter of Warrior, and now fans can take a sigh of relief after knowing that it will renew for next season.
