The Pursuit Of Happyness movie is based on the life of Chris Gardner, who struggle with homelessness as a salesman. Chris Gardner life turned upside down by a combination of bad luck and many strokes of fate. But no matter whatever strikes him down, he keeps moving on his pursuit to find a better life for his son Christopher. After a great struggle he got a job, after getting the job, Gardner went on to form his own multi-million dollar brokerage firm.

Pay it forward film is based on the novels of the novel of the same name by Catherine Ryan Hyde. This motivational movie was released in the year 2000 with the budget of $40 million. The film was a moderate box office success that collected $55.7 million.



Trevor McKinney comes from a troubled home, his mother, Arlene was an alcoholic trying to hold down two jobs to support her son Trevor McKinney while Arlene husband left his family behind some times ago. The young boy Trevor McKinney (Haley Joel Osment) begins his seventh grade class, his social science teacher Eugene Simonet gives an annual assignment to devise and put the plan that will change the world. Trevor plan is a charitable program with the notion of “Pay it forward”-do a favor for the three different people without being asked and ask them to do the same for other different three people. Trevor starts by letting Jerry, a junkie living on the roadside, stay at home. Next he tries to fix Arlene up with Mr. Simonet. Finally, Trevor tries to rescue one of his school mate who is constantly tormented by bullies. Meanwhile, journalist Chris finds himself sucked on the road without a car at night when a man stops and give a car key and ask him only to pay it forward to some unknown.. Chris was greatly surprised and wants to find out where this philosophy came from. Chris finally identifies Trevor originator of “Pay it forward” philosophy and conducts a recorded interview with Trevor in which Trevor explains his hopes and concerns of his project.
