The series’ plot revolves around the life and people around Sabi Mehboob, a child of Pakistani immigrant parents who tries to balance life, working as a bartender at an LGBTQ store and cafe while also being a caregiver to a group of children. He is also non-binary and has to juggle the challenges of being in the community, e.g., Cultural expectations. The series’ second show is finalized with Sabi’s complicated relationship with the parents and Imran, who dies abruptly of heart failure. We are yet to determine the upcoming season plot, but we are certain it will pick up from where the show’s second season ended.
Season 2 Review:
According to Decider, the series has a laid-back vibe mostly driven by the series protagonist; hence they recommend that you stream the show. They add that the main character being non-binary is among the best part of the show.
Sort Of Season 3 Cast: Who will appear?
The series’ main cast includes Bila Baig, who stars as Sabi Mehboo, The Pakistani Canadian who tries to navigate their life and sexual orientation as a non-binary person. Gary Powell stars as Paul Bauer, Bessy’s husband, and Sabi’s employer. He is a therapist who is more troubled than his normal patients. Other cast members include Kay Kanashi, who stars as Violet Kaneko, Bessy’s oldest daughter, Aden Bedard as JHenry Kaneko as Paul’s son, and Amanda Cordner as 7ven. Grace Lynn as Bessy, Allora Patnaik as Raffo, Supinder Wraich as Aqsa, and Gregory Ambrose as Calderone.
