Most of us would pay anything to possess great power and strength, right? For one man in the series One Punch Man, the ability to crush anyone with a single blow is a dull affair altogether. One-Punch Man is a Japanese superhero series that was originally a webcomic written in 2009 by artist One. It immediately gained popularity hitting over 8 million views in 2012. The comic was adapted into an anime and aired in October 2015 for the first time, and it was nominated for an Iser award the same year.
One Punch Man Storyline:
One-Punch Man is a story of superhuman beings. Saitama happens to be a very unique hero who can defeat enemies with just a single punch. Sadly, as much as he is a hero, his life is empty and just hollow. No one respects him, and he sees his overall heroism just pointless. It is even sadder to imagine that he lost all his hair due to his intense training. Saitama is searching for more enemies who can endure more than one punch, and he can get to fight with them.
One Punch Man Season 3 Release Date:
The first season of One Punch Man was released in 2015, and despite the impressive reception it received, fans had to wait for four years for the second season released in July 2019. If we were to go by these analytics, the fans might have to wait even longer for the next season. The showrunners and creators of One Punch Man are yet to renew the series for a third season.
However, the anime series’s popularity in the last two seasons assures fans that season 3 will indeed be aired. The lovers of the show may, however, need to wait longer, considering the current global pandemic. If the season will be renewed, we should expect a significant delay on the same.
Almost 3 years after the conclusion of the season 2 on television, One-Punch Man Season 3 is finally coming.
The official site for the One-Punch Man TV anime revealed in August that season 3 of the popular show will start filming, as stated by Crunchyroll. The news was released along with an image created by character designer Chikashi Kubota. Saitama and Garou are depicted in the artwork, but no spoilers for the future season are provided.
One Punch Man Season 3 Cast:
The cast members that gave voiceovers last season will be making a comeback. The showrunners might include more cast but that we should wait to be announced officially. The members that we are indeed sure of their return include:
- Mokoto Furukawa playing Saitama
- Kaito Ishikawa (My Hero Academia) playing Genos
- Max Mittleman playing Saitama.
- Hiromichi Tezuka as the commentator
One Punch Man Season 3 Expected Plot:
A trailer for the third season is yet to be released, which means that the expected plot for the same remains unknown. However, we may predict some things to happen, considering how season 2 ended. It is expected that Saitama will continue pursuing any other heroes that could challenge his strength. We are anxious to see if people will start treating him better and respect him for the hero that he is.
