On 21st December 2015, Drake was arrested, in Glendale, California, for driving under the influence. He was subsequently released on a $20,000 bond and pleaded not guilty, but later in September 2016, Drake pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 4 days in jail and 4 years probation; in addition, he was supposed to attend an alcohol education program. Before 2010, he was charged with driving under the influence about an incident in 2009 in San Diego.
Sexual assault accusation
On 4th June 2021, Drake was arrested in Cleveland, Ohio, and the charges were attempted endangering children and disseminating matters harmful to juveniles. In the case, a 15-year-old victim had a relationship with Drake several years prior but came to the concert in December 2017. Further, the Police also discovered that he had sent the victim inappropriate social media messages for months. At that time, he was 31, and he pleaded not guilty.
