Beef Season 1: Release Date, Cast, Plot, Trailer, And Other Important Details That You Must Know!

Netflix is expanding its content on the Asian American experience, and coming to your screen is the Beef series, a ten-episode dramedy from AZ4 and Sung Jin Lee. This will not be the first time Jin Lee will be adapting a series for the screen, and he is known for developing countless projects, including Silicon Valley, Tuca and Bertie.

The great news is that exceptional talent has been attached to the project, like Steven Yeun and Ali Wong (Paper Girls). Sung Jin, the series created, expressed that he is more than excited to work on the upcoming show. He further joked that he is also grateful for the guy who yelled at him in traffic three years ago, and fate will bring them together to work on this show.

Beef Season 1 Release Date: When can we expect it?

The series order came in 2021, and Netflix announced that the series would be created but Sung Jun-Lee, and would star Steve Yeun and Ali Wong. Further casting announcements came in 2022 when David Choe and Patti Yasutake were added to the team. In April 2022, it was reported that the series filming had started, but since that announcement, we are yet to receive updates on the filming progress. If the series filming started, the show might be in its post-production stage, which may come to a halt before the year ends.

Beef Season 1 Plot: What will happen next?

Have you ever experienced road rage? Like when you are late for work, but the person in front is driving like they do not want to spill their coffee? Well, the series plot will revolve around road rage, and when it is true we should not let rage consume us, the series will be a perfect example of how road rages can give birth to something so beautiful. It will explore the story of two people who cannot help but not let go of the road rage slowly consuming them.

Beef Season 1 Cast: Who’ll be in it?

Steven Yeun, the Oscar-nominated actor, will be featured in the series alongside Ali Wong and David Choe. The two will be the series regulars. They will join Young Mazino, famous for featuring in Blindspot, Joseph Lee from Miracle That We Met, David Choe from The Mandalorian, and Patti Yasutake from Star Trek. Ashley Park, the fancy nanny in Emily in Paris, Justin H Min from The Umbrella Academy, and Maria Bellow will join the team. Another special guest will include Andrew Santino (Dave), Mia Serafino, Remy Holt, and Rekstizzy, the rapper.

Beef Season 1 Trailer: When will it come?

So far, the series trailer is yet to be released, and we don’t know when it will release. Netflix and the series creator are yet to update us on whether the beef series finished filming or it did not. If filming finishes, the series might be released before the year ends or early next year.
