Never Let Me Go is a series ordered on FX in 2022. The series was to follow a novel of the same name by Kazuo Ishiguro, but FX has announced that they are not moving forward with the series production. Published in 2005 and one of the best seller’s books, the book explores the lives of three friends raised to donate their organs to science and are therefore sent to a boarding school. The series was to premiere on Hulu, and now that the show’s production has been stopped at FX, we are unsure whether Hulu will continue with production. Here is everything we know about the show.

Unfortunately, the Never Let Me Go series will not soon be released on FX. The series development was announced in May 2022, but up until the time of cancellation, the series production had not yet begun
Never Let Me Go Season 1 Plot: What is it all about?
The series revolved around Thora, a rebellious teenage clone who likes causing trouble. They are sent off to a boarding school, where they are kept away from society since they are different and could pique the interest of others who are not as gifted as they are. Thora manages to escape the boarding school with friends and goes to the outside world, where she has been protected from her whole existence. She starts living undercover. With her knack for causing trouble, she starts a rebellion. The rebellion she starts makes her test humanity and the boundaries being human comes with. Whether the series plot will be tweaked if it gets passed on to another streamer remains unknown.
Never Let Me Go Season 1 Cast: Who will appear?
Melissa Iqbal was set to star as the showrunner and the writer of the series. She was also in charge of executive producing the series alongside Marc Munden, the pilot directors Alex Garland (Devs), Andrew MacDonald Allan, and Maria Fleischer. Viola Prettejohn was to star as Thora, the series protagonist, also a clone. She escapes from the facility with a group of her finds.
Other casts already mentioned include Tracey Ulman, Aiysha Hart (A Discovery of Witches), Shaniqua Okwok, Gary Beadle, Kwami Odoom, Keira Chanse, Susan Brown, and Spike Fearn. So far, we do not know whether the mentioned cast will be back to develop and star in the series if it gets to another production company and tv streamer. Never Let Me Go Season 1 Trailer: When will it be out?
The Never Let Me Go series has yet to be released, and we are not sure whether the trailer will ever see the light of day. FX is no longer developing the series; hence it remains unclear whether another streamer will give the series a second chance or it will die just as fast as its announcement.
