Stranger things season 1 launched on Netflix in July 2016, and three seasons later, it remains one of Netflix’s best shows. Season three must have been the most painful as Jimmy Hopper, one of the significant casts died. However, it also had some excellent news as Joyce finally agreed to go out on a date with Hopper.
The third season got more interesting when a fight with the Russians came up, and ‘Hops’ love interest had to kill the chief of police. At least that’s what we think went down. With the numerous teasers, videos, and a gut feeling, viewers have more in store than they can imagine.

There is good news for Stranger Things fans that the series is already renewed for the fifth and final season before the debut of Season 4. Stranger Things was renewed for a fifth and final season by Netflix on 17th February 2022.
Stranger Things Season 4 Volume 2 Release Date: When will it air?
The show got renewed on 30th September 2019, and the announcement came with a video titled “We’re not in Hawkins anymore.” The initial release date was to be in 2021, but Finn Wolfhard (Ghostbusters) signaled in a video that it would not release after all. However, recently, Netflix released the official release date, much to the excitement of the Stranger Things fans.
Filming is over, and Netflix confirmed that we should expect the fourth season by 2022. Producer Shawn commented that despite the show taking a while to produce, it would be worth the wait once it is out. The rumor is that the series will be out by May 27th, 2022. This is information that is yet to be confirmed by Netflix.

Stranger Things Season 4 Volume 2 Cast: Who will be in?
All the casts are expected to be back except Montgomery. At first, it was not clear whether Tom Wlaschiha (Das Boot) would be back for season 4 volume 2 casting; however, following the Netflix announcement in February 2020, we know that he will reprise his role as David. As the series regular, Priah Ferguson will be back as Erica Sinclair.
The four kids will be back, except Montgomery, whose character died in the third season. Dr. Brenner, who also featured in the 2nd season, will be back. We also expect to see new casts, such as Robert Englund as Victor Creel and Eduardo Franco as Argyle, Jonathan’s new best friend.
Stranger Things Season 4 Volume 2 Plot: What will Happen?
Season three left us with a cliffhanger that we expect to be explored in the fourth season. Did Hopper survive, or did he die? We never saw his body disintegrate after the Russian machine faulted, but we can only imagine the worst. He may have jumped from Hawkins to Kamchatka, or he may have ended up in the Upside Down, and the possibility is that the Russians caught him.
Chances that he might use the machine in his return journey are high, and we also suspect that Demogorgon’s captivity by the Russians may have something to do with his escape. The Byers and Eleven bade their friends goodbye in the fourth season but is there a chance they will be back to Hawkins? Will Eleven’s relationship work?
Stranger Things Season 4 Volume 2 Trailer: When can we watch it?
Netflix released a trailer on June 21st on what we expect in season 4 volume 2. The teaser showed fans the Creel House, a haunted house in Hawkins. A trailer was then released, and it gives a glimpse of Hopper and Eleven’s cabin based in the woods.
Speculations that Hopper is still alive will be answered once the series premiere. If you have not watched the three seasons of Stranger Things, Netflix got you covered; better late than never.
