The Magic order is an upcoming Netflix show for Millar world enterprises. The series has had its fair share of ups and downs, but with the year still fresh, the high chance is that we may get to see the first season before the year wraps up. Magic Order has been described as a mix between The Sopranos and Harry Potter, and the show follows the five families of magicians whose sworn duty is to protect the world. The Magic Order Season 1 Release Date: When can we expect it?
As of March 2023, Netflix is yet to give upsets on when to expect the first season of the Magic Order series. Netflix announced they would bring the series to our screens in 2019, and filming started in 2021. However, due to the Covid 19 pandemic, filming was disrupted by the pandemic and had to be rescheduled for a later date.in 2022, Jupiter Mark Millar updated that the series filming would begin in 2023, and we are yet to be updated on whether it is underway or has been rescheduled. If filming starts soon, expect the first season by 2024.

The Magic Order Season 1 Plot: What will Happen?
Just like the series title suggests, the Magic Order follows the lies of the magicians who have to get together to fight the common enemy. It revolves around a family of five magicians who live everyday lives and even have day jobs. During the day, they are Normal Members of society, but at night they are some of the powerful magicians and sorcerers that keep humans alive and safe from darkness. The series plot could explore more the powerful vigilante after the magician’s life and his motives. Do they defeat the darkness, or will darkness end them?

The Magic Order Season 1 Cast: Who will be in?
Since the series announcement came in almost 4 years ago, some of the casts assigned to the project will not be appearing. James Wan and Lindsey Beer were attached to the project as the series’ executive producers. Wan was to serve as the series director and Beer as the showrunner. As of March 2023, Netflix has yet to give updates on whether the two are still on the project or whether new executive producers and showrunners are involved. Wan has been involved with other projects, including Archive 81. It has also been rumored that Olivia Cooke is set to play the role of Cordelia Moonstone. Joyce Sherri and Peter Cameron will join the series and write alongside Andre Orvedal, who will also direct the episodes.
The Magic Order Season 1 Trailer: When can we watch it?
A trailer for the Magic order season 1 is yet to be released, and we have yet to determine how soon the season 1 trailer will be available. The series announcement came in late 2019, and filming was to start this year, but as of March 2023, we have yet to receive any updates. If Filming starts this year, expect to see the show’s trailer before the year ends. If filming starts later this year, the season 1 trailer might be available early or later in 2024.
