There is nothing as captivating as the heist series as they always a lot going on from the planning process to the articulation process. Every plan and suggestion made while planning the heist has to have a plan b or a plan c just in case the initial one backfires. Does it ever excite you to root for the bad guy then see him take all the wins after the series concludes? If not, then you don’t know what you are missing out on, and maybe you should try loosening up a little.
Apart from the grand series Money Heist that was released a while back, Netflix is adding another heist show to the list” Jigsaw”. Different from all the typical heists you’ve ever watched, jigsaw story will revolve around a much more interesting and not-so-obvious plot, and you should most definitely stick around to find out when it premieres.
Jigsaw Season 1 Release Date: When will it air?
If you were quite unsettled about how fast you wanted to watch the heist show, then there is more to add to your anxiety. Netflix is yet to announce an official release date for the JigSaw series, and you will have to wait for the update. All in all, most Netflix heist shows are always a hit, and we expect the eight episodes series to follow the same example. Since Russian Doll, a show on Netflix filmed in New York, took a year before it premiered, we could expect the same for the Jigsaw, making 2022 the perfect year for Season 1 to drop.
Jigsaw Season 1 Plot: What can we expect?
Jigsaw is about a group of thieves whose main score is not getting the fair or maybe fairer share of the gold but making sure nobody does. However, in this case, it’s among one of the biggest heists ever attempted as $70 billion is in question. This time around, though, the money is not stolen, but nobody gets the bond as they were ruined when soaked in water.
The heist takes place in two timelines, one before the heist is attempted and another 24 years later. With you being in control and not the usual director in control form, is there a reason not to watch the show? Being in control doesn’t necessarily mean that you will have a choice in how you would want the series to go, but you can decide on the sequence of the episodes you will watch.
Jigsaw Season 1 Cast: Who will be in?
At least the series announcement comes with the cast members, and now we don’t have to guess who will be featuring and who won’t. Giancarlo Esposito (Better Call Saul) will play Leo Pap, an experienced boss who has the expertise in pulling out well-organized raids.
Paz Vega as Ava Mercer, the attorney, Rufus Sewell as Roger Salas, a reformed thief, Tabi Gabrielle plays Hannah; the certified impersonator (part of the crew), Peter Mark as Stan Loomis, tough smuggler but a hopeless romantic inside. Rosaline Elbay plays Judy, the crews’ explosives nerd, Jai Courtney (The Terminal List) as Bob, the group’s safecracker, and Niousha Noor as Nazan, the FBI agent who will be the end of the crew.
Jigsaw Season 1 Trailer: When can we watch it?
A trailer of the series is yet to be released, but since the release date is not so far, you should expect to see both the series and its trailer on Netflix.
