Invisible City is a Brazilian folklore-inspired series based on a story written by the bestselling author Raphael Draccon in collaboration with Carolina Munhoz. Invisible City tells the story of a policeman who stumbles across hidden mythology while trying to solve the case of her wife’s disappearance. Finding a pink dolphin by the beach arouses his curiosity as he is hellbent on proving that the creature might have something to do with the wife’s disappearance. Directed by Luis Carone, Invisible City is a Portuguese fantasy series streaming on Netflix.
Invisible City Season 3 Release Date: When will it premiere?
Netflix gave Invisible City the green light on 2nd March 2021, a few days after the first season premiered on 5th February 2021. If only other series could follow the same example! Since the series was announced for renewal almost nine months ago, we expect filming to have already begun.
‘Invisible City’ has been renewed for a third season on Netflix! Season 2 was renewed on March 2, 2021, less than a month after its Netflix launch on February 5, 2021 and was released on March 22, 2023.
At the moment, it seems like the fate of Invisible City’s third season remains uncertain. But with the show’s unique and captivating content, it wouldn’t be surprising if it garners enough viewership for Netflix to give it the green light. Although the second season was only 5 chapters long and didn’t generate as much buzz as expected, the ending felt satisfactory with most of the major plot points tied up – albeit a bit rushed.
Invisible City Season 3 Cast: Who is returning?
There isn’t any official information on the casts for the third season, but fans can only speculate. We expect most of the Invisible actors except those who met their untimely death in the seond season season to reprise their roles.
Brotherhood actor Wesley Guimaraes’s (Isaac) confrontation with the Luna saw him lose his life; therefore, he won’t be back. We expect the main characters to reprise the role in Season 3, as they play a significant role in developing the plot.

With season two ending in a cliffhanger, fans cannot wait to ascertain what could have transpired. The show is not yet renewed for the third season, but it will hopefully bring us the solutions we so long for. Invisible City’s second season takes us on a thrilling journey as Luna sets out to find her father who has now transformed into a spirit.
But with Inês, the leader of a posse of magical creatures, by her side, Luna’s search takes a miraculous turn as they venture deeper into the mystical Forest. Nonetheless, when Luna realizes that the regular methods of finding Eric won’t work, she decides to summon a spirit to help her. This leads her on a perilous path that alters the course of the entire series.

Netflix has released the Invisible City Season 2 trailer or teaser, but you can have to wait till the Season 3 trailer gets released. The first season shows a pink-like creature being discovered by the show. The trailer of Invisible City then takes an interesting turn when superpowers come to light, and the casts are left with more questions than answers.
