The good news is that the filming and production are in their final stages in locations such as Minneapolis, Minnesota, making the possibility of the show dropping sooner than we think.

Canusa is a name that comes from Canada and USA. Canusa Street is an interesting part of the globe where a street acts as the border between two countries, Canada and the USA. Legend has it that drunk surveyors approximated the border to the nearest street when they were given the task of drawing the borders. Houses on one side of the road are in Canada, and the houses on the other side are in the USA.
The setting of the series revolves around this area. A jaded American patrol border patrol agent is tasked with ensuring security in the area. The place, at that time, is experiencing extreme rivalry between the two nationalities. It is not an easy task, and one would easily drop it if offered, but what keeps the officer on toes is not patriotism or love for work. One of her nemesis is a rivalry with her twin sister. A situation of the blood being thicker than water ensues, and the officer goes to great lengths to ensure peace is restored.

For comedy series infused with crime, the cast must be top-notch to humorously deliver the humorous part and even the crime parts. Show director Zack Morrison dived into deep depths to talented source actors who would do the required work.
