The popular Bloodhounds webtoon will soon be adapted into a South Korean television series. The film was formerly directed by Jason Kim and titled Hunting Dogs. This is Jason Kim’s fourth time writing and directing a film, but his first for Netflix, and the film in question is a suspenseful thriller. Subscribers to Netflix are in for a treat in 2023, with scores of new K-drama films and episodes, including this thrilling newcomer Bloodhounds. The final episode count is confirmed to be 8. The duration of each episode will be around 60 minutes.

Woo Do Hwan will portray Kim Geon Woo. The King: Eternal Monarch and My Country: The New Age are the two Korean dramas Woo Do Hwan starred in on Netflix.
Lee Sang Yi has been cast as Hong Woo Jin. His acting credits include Prison Playbook, When the Camellia Blooms, and Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha, all of which can be found on Netflix.
The title of the part that Jung Da Eun plays in the drama has not been announced. To date, her only Netflix appearance was a guest spot in the pilot episode of D.P.
Kim Sae Ron will portray Cha Hyeon Joo. Her first Netflix appearance will be in Bloodhounds.
Park Sung Woong will step into the spotlight to portray Kim Myung Gil. He has only appeared in the OCN K-drama Rugal and the TVN movie Crash Landing on You, both of which are available on Netflix.

Bloodhounds Season 1 Plot: What Can It Be About?
Kim Geon Woo (Woo Do Hwan), Hong Woo Jin (Lee Sang Yi), and Cha Hyeon Joo (Kim Sae Ron) are the three main protagonists of the story. Former high school student and boxer Geon Woo comes from a low-income family since his mother took out loans from loan sharks when she was pregnant.
He had to abandon his studies and hunt for high-paying work to repay the loan sharks who had threatened him. Woo Jin is another high school student, but he’s the complete antithesis of Geon Woo. He’s always been a bully and was kicked out of school. These two teens are ready to accept an offer of employment from President Choi (Heo Joon Ho), a notorious figure in the criminal underworld who runs the country from the shadows through his employee Hyeon Joo.
But their job as bloodhounds requires them to collect debts from other people, and they can’t do that without sacrificing their principles. How will these two high school seniors, one of whom wants to become a boxer and the other who wants to live comfortably, adapt to the working surroundings of the new underworld? Due to its realistic portrayal of problems plaguing South Korean society and its gripping narrative, the webtoon amassed a massive readership.
