The Punisher’s creator Steve Lightfoot officially informed Deadline of the cancellation in 2019. He declared, “Netflix will not air a season 3 of Marvel’s The Punisher.”

Reason of cancellation of The Punisher season 3 : 

 The interlinkage between the Marvel Studio and Netflix has come out to be the reason behind the series’ cancellation. As the Marvel studio is going to bind up all the television series of its production house because of its continuous fall rating. Marvel studio likes to focus more on their big-budget films, which is growing well by Marvel Production. That’s why they both decided to shut “The Punisher” just after the two seasons. Because of the downfall of rating and their collection by the series.

The Punisher season 3 Cast : Who will be in?

 The cast of The Punisher would return in the third sequel, too, if any possibility of the upcoming season’s arrival ever happened in the future.

The following cast would be:

• Jon Bernthal is the character of Frank Castle. 
• Amber Rose in the character of Dinah Madani. 
• Giorgia Whigham in the character of Amy Bendix
• Floriana Lima in the character of Krista Dumont,
• Josh Stewart in the character of John Pilgrim. 

The new faces may appear in the third season, but we don’t have any official declaration about the additional cast if it ever happened in the future.
