MTV hit reality TV series has been renewed for a fifth season. The TV show premiered in 2017, follows the activities of four friends who reside in Siesta Key, Florida. Sadly, MTV has not stated whether or not the show will be renewed for a fifth season at this time. The fifth season of “Siesta Key” will most probably make an appearance in the second quarter of 2022, based on the previous release that shooting scenes for the fourth season started in late 2020, six months before it originally aired on MTV. That is, assuming the series is renewed within the next few months.
The series is produced by Tara Long for Entertainment One, while Daniel Blau Rogge and Jennifer Aguirre produce for MTV.
The TV show is inspired by a previous MTV series, Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County, which focused on the lives of students of Laguna Beach High School.

We’ll have to wait and watch because we don’t know when we’ll watch the series. Season 4 wrapped up filming in August, around six months after it started.
New Episodes were released from March 10, 2022, on MTV till April 14, 2022. You may also watch it on Philo or FuboTV for a limited time. Many people are calling this the fifth season of the show, while the most current episode is listed as season 4, episode 13 on MTV and IMDB’s websites. The episodes of the current season are concluded on May 5, 2022.

As his old Instagram posts, in which he was spotted shooting a shark, pulling a live shark behind a boat, and involved in usually racist and fat-phobic behavior, MTV preferred to split their ways with former lead cast member Alex Kompothecras.
Former cast member Chloe Trautman is also unlikely to reprise the role, having said before that she felt reality shows are toxic. And maybe Trautman left the series for her mental wellbeing.
