As of March 2023, we have yet to receive any updates on the second season’s release date. The show premiered in March, and the creators are yet to provide updates on whether the series will get a renewal. They must first consider the show’s ratings and fans’ reviews. If the show does well, expect a renewal before the year ends. The second season could have five episodes like the first one or even more. An early renewal could see the second season premiere dates by 2025
School Spirits Season 2 Plot: What will Happen?
The series is a teen drama that focuses on the life of Maddie, the teenager investigating her disappearance. She is stuck in the afterlife and looking for better ways to make her lonely life worth living. She goes on a journey to answer the unanswered questions of why she disappeared and who is behind her disappearance. Apart from investigating, she enrolls in school and has to balance school work and detective life. The more she answers, solving the mystery, the more she uncovers new secrets and lies. We are yet to receive the potential plot for the second season, but it will mostly follow the first season finale.
School Spirits Season 2 Cast: Who will be in?
Peyton List stars Maddie, the series protagonist. She is stuck in the afterlife and investigates her disappearance. The actress has been featured in several other shows, including Cobra Kai on Netflix, Light as a Feather, The Sorcerer’s Apprentice, The Outcasts, and Valley Girl, among many others. She stars alongside Kristina Flores as Simon Elroy, Milo Manheim as Wally, Spencer MacPherson, Kiara Pichardo, Sarah Yarkin, Nick Pugliese as Charley, Rainbow Wedell, Josh Zuckerman, and Maria Dizzia. Unfortunately, we are yet to be updated on the second season cast lineup, but we are certain that List will reprise her role as the series protagonist.
Season 1 Review:
According to Decider, the show is mature, and List’s performance as the lead cast makes it even better. It also does not include high school teen drama cliches, sex scenes, or frat parties. If you are undecided on whether to stream the show is not, the answer is please stream it; it’s worth it.

A trailer for the School Spirits season 2 has not been released, and we have yet to determine how soon the series trailer will be available.
