Amazon and Critical Role have teamed up to produce an animated series based on the Mighty Nein campaign of Dungeons and Dragons. Following a new group of adventures as they explore the world of Exandria, the show takes place two-decade after the events of the Legend of Vox Machina.
Critical Role, a popular web series featuring voice actors playing Dungeons and Dragons, saw massive success by adapting the first campaign into The Legend of Vox Machina Animated series. Alongside the announcement, Prime Video has secured a multiyear exclusive deal with Critical Role for television and first-look film rights.
The agreement covers any future adaptations related to the fantasy world of Exandria, including the Might Nein series. Here is everything we know about the upcoming series.
Mighty Nein Season 1 Release Date: When will it release on Netflix?
As of April 2022, there is no specific release date for the Mighty Nein series, and we do not know how soon it will be available. The series announcement came in early this year, and the high chance is that it is still in its early development stages.
Filming is expected to start sometime this year, and if it starts early enough, you should expect Mighty Nein to be released before the year ends. If filming starts later, a perfect release date for the upcoming Amazon adaptation is 2024.
Mighty Nein Season 1 Plot: What can it be About?
The Mighty Nein is an animated series that focuses on a group of unlikely heroes, including criminals and misfits, who face the daunting task of saving their kingdom when Chaos hits. When a powerful arcane artifact capable of reshaping reality falls into the wrong hands, it is up to the group to help prevent disaster from striking.

Mighty Nein Season 1 Cast: Who Can be in it?
