The Dragon Age game is finally getting a series adaptation on Netflix, and it will take place in the fictional content of Thedas. The upcoming adaptation will follow the story of Grey Wardens and their fight to defeat the Dark spawn, the evil character who emerges from the underground during the Blight Occasion. His job is to awaken the Archdemon, the ancient dragon who controls everything evil. The game highlights how humans and the supernatural have to learn to co-exist together and the challenges they face. The show’s first season has been less than a week since it was released, but there are already questions about when it will be coming for its second season. Here is everything we know so far about the upcoming Dragon Age series.
Dragon Age: Absolution Season 2 Release Date:
Unfortunately, there has yet to be a specific release date for when we will get to see the second season of the show. The show’s first season was released on 9th December on Netflix, and we will have to wait for the series renewal until we get our hope to see the show’s second season. The show already has a 6.5/10 rating on IMDB, and considering it was just newly released, chances are that the rating will go up. If the series gets a renewal, then the earliest you should expect to binge on the second season is either in 2023 or 2024.
Dragon Age: Absolution Season 2 Plot:
The series plot revolves around a group of thieves who risk their lives and travel to the Tevinter region, a magic-dominated world, intending to steal Curriculum Infinitus, a dangerous artifact. Miriam, the Elf assassin, and Hiram, her former lover, are brought together in the mission, and it will be a fight and survival for the fittest mission. The mission, however, goes differently than planned, ending with the thief’s trapped. Unfortunately, we have not found the second season plot, but it will mostly continue where the first season ended.
Dragon Age: Absolution Season 1 Review:
The show has been receiving mixed critics from fans. Others consider it good, while others consider it absolute trash. The show, however, has a rating of 6/10 on IMDB, which translates to being averagely nice. Consider giving the show a chance if you love game adaptations.
Dragon Age: Absolution Season 2 Cast:
Kimberly Brooks voices Miriam, Mathew Merce (Blood Of Zeus) as Faribanks, Ashly Burch (Mythic Quest) as Qwyidon, Sumalee Montano (The Lost Symbol) as Hira, Phil LaMarr as Roland, Keston John (In The Dark) as Lacklon, Josh Keaton (Dota) as Rezaren and Zehra Fazl as Tassia. If the series gets renewed for another season, you should expect to see all of the cast that survived the first season reprise their roles.
Dragon Age: Absolution Season 2 Trailer:
A trailer second season is yet to be released; unfortunately, we do not know how soon it will be available. You can always check out the first season trailer until the series is renewed. The first season series trailer teases two kingdoms, one at the bottom of the mountain and the other at the tip of the cliff. The series trailer also teases that golden rings would be the center of the upcoming series plot. Tons of actions and a lot of battles to keep up with.
