What’s new on Disney Plus in April 2023

In April 2023, Disney Plus will release a slew of new shows, original movies, and season finales that will excite and attract viewers of all ages. Peter Pan & Wendy, a live-action adaptation of the famous animated film, is this month’s most anticipated release. Newcomers play Peter, Tinkerbell, and the Darling children. At the same time, Jude Law takes over as Captain Hook. Also wrapping off this month is Season 3 of The Mandalorian, which features Din and Grogu taking on the galaxy’s worst lawbreakers in the series’ final confrontation.

10. The Ghost and Molly McGee

The Ghost and Molly McGee are one the most awaited movies on Disney Plus in April. It is the story of Molly McGee. When one of Scratch’s charms backfires, it binds the teen optimist Molly McGee to the grouchy ghost. Molly strives to make the world better by righting wrongs and spreading happiness, whereas Scratch seeks to reverse progress by destroying progress and sowing discord. 9. Big City Greens

The Houghton Brothers’ Big City Greens is an animated comedy adventure series that debuted on Disney Channel on June 18, 2018. In addition to Chris Houghton and Marieve Herington, Bob Joles and Artemis Pebdani lend their voices to the series. Star Wars: The Mandalorian features Pedro Pascal. He starred as the title character, a bounty hunter, and had his adoptive son Grogu. He is pilgrimaging to the planet Mandalore in the 3rd season of the American television series The Mandalorian. It’s a Star Wars movie after the events of Episode VI: Return of the Jedi. The season is executive produced by Jon Favreau and produced by Lucasfilm, Fairview Entertainment, and Golem Creations.

5. Secrets of the Elephants

Disney has published a new clip from the next edition of the groundbreaking, award-winning natural history franchise “Secrets of the Elephants,” a National Geographic documentary series about elephants. The series explores the strategic thinking, complex emotions, and sophisticated language of elephants, forming a unique and dynamic civilization in settings ranging from the African savanna to the Asian metropolis.

4. Dino Ranch

Dino Ranch is all set to air on Disney Plus. Season 2 consists of 6 episodes. It is the story of Dinos. The close-knit Cassidy family and their working farm and dinosaur preserve are introduced to young viewers of “Dino Ranch,” The story begins full of adventures.

3. Saturdays

The nicest day of the week is the setting for the coming-of-age comedy “Saturdays.” It is the story of Paris Johnson. She and her two best friends, Simone and Ari, spend their Saturday afternoons at Saturdays, a neighborhood skating rink in Chicago, perfecting their roller skating moves on the smooth parquet surface. They banded together to establish the skate team known as the We-B-Girlz, and they’re out to prove they have the sexiest skate routines in the world.

2. Matildas

The Commonwealth Bank Matildas, the Australian women’s national football team, and their journey to hosting the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023 in Australia and New Zealand has been confirmed as the subject of a new Australian-commissioned Disney+ Original. The untitled six-part docuseries will follow the extraordinary ascent of women’s sports and take viewers behind the scenes with the Matildas, Australia’s most popular national sports team. 

1. Star Wars: Young Jedi Adventures Season 1 

Disney Plus is set to air its new American animated series, Star Wars: Young Jedi Adventures. The story takes place centuries before the events of the main Star Wars films, at the time of the High Republic, and follows a group of younglings as they train to become Jedi Knights. Lucasfilm Animation is in charge of production, while Michael Olson and Elliot Bour are the showrunners and supervising directors.
