Only a little is known of the series’ plot other than that it is based on one of Dante’s books which has almost 9 seasons. It features Dante, who gets lost in a big dark forest and has no clue how to get himself out. The forest is scary as Dante is threatened by the evils of the forest; the tree beast, a lynx, a lion, and a she-wolf. Dante is distressed as he has never seen such abnormalities during his years on earth. Virgil suddenly appears to guide Dante out of the forest, which is also considered hell and purgatory.
