The plot is based on one of the best-selling novels of the same name by Cristina Alger. The series follows the story of a young couple that is separated when one takes a business trip on a plane. The plane is recovered in the Alps, and Mathew Werner is one of the passengers who vanished. Annabel, the widow, is left trying to make peace with her husband’s death while also coming to terms with the fact that her husband might have lived a double life. With an encrypted laptop and a list of shady clients, the widow has to look for answers, even if it means putting her life on the line. Meanwhile, there is a journalist elsewhere looking into the same story. But will the two ever meet?
The Bankers Wife Season 1 Cast: Who will be in?
So far, we do not know the cast that will be featured in the Amazon series as it is yet to be announced by the creator. If the series goes back to filming, then you should expect the casting announcement to come in any time from now. We, however, know that Meredith Stiehm writes the series, and Lesli Linka Glatter is set to direct the dramedy. Stiehm has worked on other projects, including The Bridge and Cold Case FX crime drama series. Sherry Marsh is also expected to produce the series, and if the series is finally accepted back for the screen, she will continue doing what she does best.

A trailer for the Bankers Wife series is yet to be released, and we do not know how soon the trailer will be available. After the series got scrapped by Amazon, updates have yet to be given. Therefore, we are still determining whether the series filming started. A trailer cannot exist without filming having ever taken place. Therefore we will have to wait on the official updates.
