The Selling Sunset series has been running for five seasons, and so far, it is one of the best reality series to premiere on Netflix. As fans wait for its sixth season to premiere, another similar show is yet to premiere on Netflix; Selling the OC.
The upcoming spinoff series plot will follow Jason Oppenheim as the leader of new group agents at the Oppenheim Office in Newport Beach, California. News about the series spinoff came in September, with Jason announcing on his Instagram page that he was beyond pleased to be working on another spinoff of the Selling Sunset series.
Selling the OC Season 3 Release Date: When will it be telecast?
So far, there is updates regarding when the third season of Selling the OC will be out. The first season will be released on August 24th, and fans cannot wait to binge on another reality show featuring exquisite casts. The second season priemered on September 8, 2023 with eight episodes.
Considering that Selling Sunset has run for more than five seasons, it is only right to assume that the spinoff will meet the same expectations and break the bar set by selling Sunset. A third season might be out in August or September 2024.

It is still early to know what the third season’s plot will be, considering the lead the first season will take. The third season is most likely to continue the second season’s plot. According to Netflix, the series contains lavish oceanfront apartments and listings.
The Oppenheim group has been expanded to Orange County, and just like Selling Sunset, it will focus on the big personalities of the relators, customers and agents. The creator described the series as full of drama; you should expect nothing less.

When asked how he felt about the Selling the OC cast, Adam Divello, the series creator, says that the casts are both wild, do not hold back and do not know how to filter their words and emotions. One of the most exciting facts about the cast is that it contains three Alexandra in total; Alexandra Hall, Alexandra Jarvis and Alexandra Rose.
Other casts include Austin Victoria, Brandi Marshall, Gio Helou, Kayla Cardona, Lauren Brito and Polly Brindle. If the series gets renewed, you should expect to see the three Alexandra and more reprise their roles.

Selling the OC Season 3 Trailer: When will it be out?
Netflix has not released a third season trailer, and it is unknown when it will be out. You can watch the show’s first and second season on Netflix and Youtube. The first season starts with a group of good-looking men at the beach and what follows is a celebration and luxurious houses.
The series could pass as the mature version of Laguna Beach. You can also check out the Selling Sunset series, which premiered on Netflix. The sixth season is underway, and you have all the time to check out the two masterpieces.

Selling the OC Season 2 has average ratings and reviews by critics and audiences. On IMDb, it got ratings of 5.6/10 and 77% on the RottenTomatoes website on audience score. The third season will tell the future whether it’s a watchable or just a wanted show with wannabe-famous people trying to luck at television fame.
