Santa Inc. Season 2 Release Date: When will it appear?
The first season of Santa aired just before Christmas on 2nd December 2021. The first season had eight episodes with a run time of 30 minutes each. Since Santa just aired recently, it will be too soon to know the fate of the series; if it will be renewed or not. However, the series has many negative reviews, and speculation that it may never get to see another light of day is numerous. A rating of 1.2/10 on IMDb hints that this may be the worst ever produced series to premiere on HBO. Since the series is new, we could expect the reviews to shoot up or the rating to go up over time. If Santa Inc. gets renewed, we could expect a continuation in 2022 or 2023.
Santa Inc. Season 2 Plot: What will happen in next instalment?
In the first season of the play, we see Candy the elf try everything possible to secure her place as the next Santa Claus. She is determined to be the first female Claus and does everything possible to break the stereotype that Santa should be male. Candy, however, faces so many challenges, but Goldie and Cookie are always behind her, supporting her fully. She has to balance being a mentor to Devin and still achieve her Santa goals. If the season gets the green light for the second season, we expect the plot to develop from season one. Tough choices await Candy, which may determine her feature as the next Santa. Junior, the most likely candidate, may still stand as a threat in Candy’s journey. We can also expect the vibrance that comes with Christmas.
Santa Inc. Season 2 Cast: Who Can be in it?
If Santa Inc is not canceled, we could expect most if not all of the casts to come back to reprise their roles. Seth Rogan will voice Santa Claus, Sarah Silverman (Marry Me) voicing Candy Smalls, Leslie Grossman (American Horror Story) voicing Cookie, Gabourey Sidibe voicing Goldie, Nicholas Braun (Succession) voicing Devin, Maria Bamford (Big Mouth) voicing Mrs. Claus, and Big Candy, Joel Kim Booster voicing both Jingle Kim and Beck Bennet. We could also expect other new casts to feature in the coming season.
