We are almost cloaking three years since CBS made the series announcement. We are, however, yet to receive the official series release date, which makes us wonder if the series will ever make it to our screens. It will not be the first time a CBS show fails to premiere, as the Glamorous show they announced had to be sold to Netflix. However, we will remain faithful that the series is in development, and the earliest you should expect the show to premiere is by 2024.

Just from the title, Here She lies is a dark comedy that revolves around a pathological liar. It may, however, not be her fault that she is lying too much, as she has a history of trauma. She lies as a coping mechanism, bothering friends and families who do not seem to understand why somebody would need to lie to cope.
The more the days pass, the more she cannot stop herself from telling a lie, which slowly weaves into a dangerous net. To top it all, she falls in love with somebody that seems to be as damaged as her; double tragedy!
Here She Lies Season 1 Cast: Who will be part of it?
We are yet to receive any updates on the Here She Lies casting, and at the moment, we are unaware of when we will receive it. All that is known is that the series will have a pathological liar, who we assume will be the series protagonist considering the series plot revolves around her.
Other casts will either be the victims, the friends of her doctors, or the support group looking out for her to improve. However, we already know that the series will be written by Gracie Glassmeyer in collaboration with Yael Grobglas. Gracie has written a couple of shows; her most famous shows remain the 9JKL, No Tomorrow, and Happy Together. Grobglas, on the other hand, starred in the Jane the Virgin series, and we expect her to do an excellent job in this one too.

It has been almost two years since the Here She Lies series was announced, but we are yet to receive any trailer or teaser. Apart from the announcement, no updates have been given so far, which makes us wonder whether the show is in development. There are no chances that a trailer will be released in 2022, and the earliest you can look forward to the series trailer release is by 2023 or 2024.
